When a student wants to become a team member,

ChaiTeams makes the entire journey super easy and transparent.

First, the student visits their dashboard,

where they can explore all the available public teams within their course.

Each team card clearly displays the team name, leader’s name, and the required roles.

If a student is interested in a particular team

they can send a Join Request with just one click. ✅

After sending the request,

the student writes a short message,

introducing themselves and explaining why they’re a good fit for that team.

The request is then sent to the Team Leader,

who can either accept or reject it.

Once the request is accepted,

the student automatically becomes an official member of the team! 🎉

If, for any reason, the decision is still pending,

or the student wishes to cancel their request

they can withdraw the application anytime after 24 hours.
