The student simply creates a new team

Adds a team name

Writes a short description

And can also add team requirements

And just like that the team is ready!

👥 Step 2 - Invite Members

Now the Leader starts building the best skill-fit team

by sending direct invitations to students

They can invite:

• Friends/buddies they want to work with
• Skilled students who match project needs

Building a strong team becomes quick and smart!

📨 Step 3 - Manage Join Requests

If any student sends a request to join the team,

The Leader can accept or reject it

And yes everything can be handled easily

from the team activity dashboard.

🔄 Step 4 - Team Updates & Management

The Leader can update:

• Team name
• Description
• Remove members (if needed)
• Create Leader Notes, pin them, update them later, or even delete them
