ChaiTeams has three primary roles

Super Admin, Organization Admin, and Students.

⭐ Super Admin

This is the central, authorized role for the entire ChaiTeams platform.

The Super Admin is responsible for:

• Onboarding new organizations
• Assigning Organization Admins
• Managing plans and role permissions
• Handling platform-level user support and operations

Basically, the Super Admin controls the entire system.

🏫 Organization Admin

This role operates the system on behalf of each bootcamp or cohort.

Organization Admins can:

• Create and manage courses
• Enroll students → individually or through bulk upload
• Manage student profiles and access
• Set team formation rules
• Track every team’s activity, approvals, and progress

For them, the entire cohort is managed through a single, clear, and organized dashboard.

👥 Students

Students are the primary users of ChaiTeams.
